6. YAKIIRE
The hardening for the KATANA. The KATANA is coated by the mixture of clay and charcoal (Yakiba-tsuchi), and it is suddenly cooled in the water after the heating to approximately 800ºC. In the process of whet, the peculiar pattern of the blade (Hamon) is produced by the thickness difference of Yakiba-tsuchi. We can arrange the various Hamon to comply with the order.
